When will I recive my order?
These are the delivery times:
In the Iberian Peninsula, the period is 48/72 hours (Monday to Friday except holidays)
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the period is 3 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday except holidays)
The deadlines begin to count from 9:00 am the next day (working), upon receipt of the order
We do not deliver orders to PO boxes
How much will shipping cost me?
The rates detailed on our page include a special packaging that will protect your order so that it arrives in perfect condition, the transportation of the ordered products, as well as VAT in the territories where this tax is applied.
Remember to detail the delivery address well because if it is wrong, the extra charges for incorrect addresses must be borne by you (€ 4.50 VAT included), as well as the expenses generated from the absence of a second delivery.
What if my order arrives broken or has an issue?
From the International of Commerce and Distilleries J.Borrajo we pack the products carefully and we do an exhaustive follow-up of the shipments, to try to give you the best possible service.
It is important that you check the packaging well upon receipt of the order, and if you perceive any incident or breakage, do not accept the shipment and contact us by email or telephone. Remember to record the incident on the receipt and contact us in less than 48 hours
Can I cancel my order?
We would like you to not change your mind, but at Mex you decide so we make it easy for you to cancel your order if you choose.
If the shipment has not been made yet, don’t worry because we will cancel the order and refund the full amount of the order
In the event that we have already made the shipment, we can refund the amount of the order but we will have to deduct the shipping costs from this amount

Can I return my order once received?
We would not like this to happen, but if when you receive your order you are not satisfied, of course you can return it.
It is very important that the order is in perfect condition, without opening seals or stamps and remember to do so in the original packaging since if it arrives damaged we will not be able to accept the return
You have a period of 4 days from the receipt of the order and we will refund the amount of the order but we will have to deduct the shipping costs from this amount
